ZX 777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the ZX 777 platform at zx777.wine, or by using any part of the website including browsing, depositing, playing games, or claiming bonuses, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the moment you submit your registration form. If you registered before a subsequent update to these terms and have continued to use ZX 777 after being notified of the update, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms.

ZX 777 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes that may affect your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account at ZX 777, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one ZX 777 account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether through different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts that are identified will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details required during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension without any obligation by ZX 777 to refund your balance.

Account Verification

ZX 777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities. Verification is mandatory for all accounts that wish to make withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Pakistani government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• A selfie or short video for biometric identity confirmation

ZX 777 will process verification documents within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account until the verification is successfully completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZX 777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity that takes place through your ZX 777 account — whether authorised by you personally or not — is your responsibility. ZX 777 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access that occurs because you failed to keep your login details secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ZX 777 support immediately through the live chat feature or by email at support@zx777.wine. ZX 777 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

5 Deposits

ZX 777 accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

ZX 777 accepts deposits only from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and potentially the account being suspended pending investigation.

All deposits are credited in PKR. ZX 777 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money belongs to you legitimately and is not the product of any illegal activity.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at ZX 777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer

Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Once verified, your account retains that status and subsequent withdrawals are processed without re-verification unless ZX 777 has reason to request updated documentation.

ZX 777 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests in excess of Rs 50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. These checks are carried out to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform and are not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ZX 777 regularly offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

ZX 777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an offer that is subsequently modified will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of their claim.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ZX 777 platform operate according to rules that are displayed within the game interface and accessible via the game information panel before play begins. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

Game results at ZX 777 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live-dealer games. Live dealer games are facilitated by professional dealers operating under independent oversight. ZX 777 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnection, software error, or game malfunction — the round in question will be settled according to the state of the game at the time the fault occurred, or voided if no outcome can be confirmed. ZX 777's decision on the settlement of such rounds is final. No compensation will be provided for technical interruptions beyond the amount wagered in the affected round.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game at ZX 777 displays its own minimum and maximum bet limits within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by ZX 777 at any time. Bets placed outside the displayed limits will be rejected by the system. ZX 777 also reserves the right to apply individual player betting limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at ZX 777 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account at ZX 777 or assisting another person to do so
• Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or financial information without their knowledge and consent
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game including Poker and Teen Patti tables
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with ZX 777 games or systems
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or part of the platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting the ZX 777 dispute resolution process
• Attempting to access administrative functions or other players' accounts without authorisation
• Using the ZX 777 platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

ZX 777 employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. When such conduct is identified, ZX 777 will take the appropriate action without prior notice, which may include suspension, permanent account closure, and legal action where applicable.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

ZX 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud or suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, account inactivity, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive at ZX 777 if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Following 30 days' notice (sent to the email address registered on the account), an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players can reactivate an inactive account by logging in and contacting support.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ZX 777 account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending transactions will be settled before closure is finalised. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ZX 777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and forms part of the overall agreement between you and ZX 777. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data at ZX 777 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and where you have consented, promotional communications. ZX 777 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and the ZX 777 platform is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. ZX 777 stores personal data on secure servers and maintains internal access controls to ensure that data is only accessible to authorised personnel.

12 Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion at ZX 777 takes effect immediately upon request. During any self-exclusion period, ZX 777 will not send the affected account any promotional communications. Once a permanent self-exclusion has been applied, it cannot be reversed.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZX 777 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Any interruption to the availability of the ZX 777 platform for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond ZX 777's control

ZX 777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the cause of action arose, excluding any bonus balances.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability in a way that would be unlawful. ZX 777 does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be legally excluded.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ZX 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZX 777 will notify registered players via the email address on record or through an in-platform notification before the changes come into effect.
